4 tips to consider if you own or operate a commercial restaurant or kitchen:

Regular maintenance on your grease lines will save you the aggravation and cost of an emergency call to a plumber!

  • Check and empty grease traps often. (Ideally monthly for best performance)
  • Add a chemical cleaner to drains to help flush grease through the system.
  • Do not empty grease down drains unless you’re confident they are hooked up to a grease trap!!!
  • Set up a hydro jetting maintenance program for large or problematic systems.

This will save you the cost of expensive emergency fees!
