We were awarded a new project!
Cambria Hotel in Downtown Portland.
We are expected to start this Fall, with completion in the Summer of 2024.
Portland Cambria will be a ground up hotel. Demolition of two existing buildings will happen later this year; with construction starting immediately afterward.
Total project is 94,000 sq. ft. & 178 Units. The hotel will feature a lounge + restaurant area, along with 1,700 square foot retail space.
