Company Operations Facility + Tactile Equipment Maintenance Facility at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM).

JRT was responsible for Full Mechanical + Plumbing, Natural Gas + Compressed Air, & POL Distribution System. The project consisted of 8 buildings & 104,774 sq ft.

This was a LEED Silver Project. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. To achieve LEED certification, a project earns points by adhering to prerequisites and credits that address carbon, energy, water, waste, transportation, materials, health and indoor environmental quality.
